These Terms of Use apply to www.brightball.com and to related SMS/MMS messaging programs operated by Brightball (Barry Jones), including alerts for the Carolina Code Conference.

Program name: Carolina Code Conference Alerts (Brightball)
Program description: If you opt in, you may receive text messages about the Carolina Code Conference and related Brightball community or event updates—for example registration reminders, schedule changes, speaker announcements, and similar non-spam transactional or informational alerts. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and event timing.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially (for example, by opting in again on a form or keyword), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
